Tinctures are effective in very small amounts because they are so concentrated. They are an excellent medium for preserving and concentrating the healing qualities of plants in the forms of roots, bark, stem, leaves, flowers, and rhizomes.
Tinctures are made with alcohol helping to retain shelf life, potency, and the capability of drawing out the constituents other menstruums are unable to do. Having studied with 7Song of the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, I have earned certification in the knoweledge of botancial identification, clinical evaluation, diagnostic skills, materia medica, wildcrafting, basics of anatomy and physiology, botanical medicine preperation, herbal formulation, and treatment protocols. I am excited to now offer herbal tinctures, that have been prepared, wildgathered, harvested, here at For Claudia's Sayke.
